1. Hours of Operation
1.1 FloristsChina.com operates 365 days a year,7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Also deliver on Public Holidays.
1.2 For urgent deliveries, please click "Live Chat" to contact us internationally.
1.3 Our delivery time is 9:00AM - 8:30PM, for same day delivery please place an order before 2:00PM.
2. About Delivery
2.1 You must make sure that you had provided the correct delivery address and telephone number. If we received an incorrect address and our delivery man had been there but the recipient didn't at there, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
2.2 If for any reason the recipient is not at the point of delivery and the gifts cannot be delivered, a re-delivery charge will be imposed for each subsequent attempt to deliver your gifts. So do provide us with the recipient’s telephone number to ensure that someone is at home to receive the gifts.
2.3 If delivery is delayed because of inclement weather or delivery becomes unavailable to a particular location, we will inform you of the problem and try to make alternate arrangements for delivery if at all possible.
2.4 Changes to particulars such as address, card message and et cetera must be made at least 1 day before delivery.
3. Item Prices / Payment Procedure
3.1 Item Prices are subject to change during festive seasons including Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, Mother’s Day and Chinese New Year and so on.
3.2 We accept payment through Paypal / Credit Card(Visa / Mastercard).
3.3 When we received the payment, we will deal with your order.
4. Substitution
4.1 All items featured on this Web site represent the types of products FloristsChina.com offers and may vary depending upon availability in certain regions. We reserve the right to substitute any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability.
4.2 While it is our desire to fulfill your order as featured on the website, certain coloured materials, baskets or vases may be replaced with new stocks at times, subject to availability.

5. Exchanges / Refunds
5.1 We promise that we provide fresh flowers and high quality gifts, but all items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
5.2 In the event of a complaint, please email the picture of the gifts within 24 hours from the time received. We promises to look into each case and reserves the right to the conclusion.
5.3 If it is the quality problem, we will re-deliver the gifts or unconditionally arrange a full refund to your Virtual Bank.
